Metrolina Title Research Company owner, Brett Hutchins founded his own title research company in 1998. After working 10 years as a paralegal and independent contractor for law firms and attorneys, Brett decided to create his own company, Cabarrus Research Associates, which later grew to become Metrolina Title Research Company. Brett's education from one of the top engineering and research schools in the country, North Carolina State University, gave him the discipline and methodology to excel in this type of research field. His real world experience of being involved in every aspect of the real estate transaction, from the research to the closing, and everything in between gives him an extremely high level of skill and knowledge of the business.
